Komori has a sales and service organization that is unique in the graphic arts industry. With a combination of direct and dealer represented territories, every Komori product is supported by the total resources, facilities and highly trained personnel of Komori America and its direct/dealer network.

Every Komori dealer in North America has a relationship with Komori Corporation that dates back to the very first printing presses delivered to the United States and Canada.

Komori America is headquartered in suburban Chicago, and is home to our national marketing and service staff; our Technical Product Center (demonstration, training, research and development facility); and our National Parts Distribution Center.

In addition to our Chicago headquarters, Komori America maintains regional sales, service and parts distribution centers in Allendale, NJ, Los Angeles, CA, Atlanta, GA and Cincinnati, OH.

Through our corporate finance department, Komori America provides comprehensive financing services for our customers. Our experienced finance staff assists customers in structuring transactions for the acquisition of Komori printing systems, whether the purchase is financed through our subsidiary, Komori Leasing,Inc.,or through other financial organizations.

Service and Product Support

Komori's technical specialists are highly skilled problem solvers, ready to help you prevent or solve a problem. Our engineers, technicians and service personnel are factory trained, and receive ongoing advanced training to ensure they are up to date on the newest developments in printing press technology.

Komori stays involved from initial consultation through installation, startup, training and operation. Our ongoing product support programs help assure your continued productivity. Starting with the installation of your press, our skilled technicians provide on-site training, supplemented by a continuing schedule of operator training conducted at the Komori Technical Product Center. Assistance from a skilled Komori technician is never more than a phone call away.

Parts

Komori America operates a National Parts Center at their Rolling Meadows, IL facility, which is conveniently located within 10 miles of OíHare International Airport. All in-stock parts ordered by 7:00 PM CST are shipped the same day. Our state of the art phone system ensures calls are answered promptly by one of Komoriís knowledgeable parts coordinators, who will answer your questions and take your order. Our phone center is staffed from 7:00 am-7:00 pm CST Monday-Friday, and in addition, after hours and emergency ordering is available to provide immediate shipment of emergency parts orders. The Komori Parts Center stocks more than 260,000 factory approved parts and components ensuring Komori customers receive reliable parts to keep their equipment in top operating condition.

Technical Product Center

The Komori Technical Product Center, located at Komori America Headquarters outside Chicago, serves as North America's more comprehensive combined demonstration, training and research and development center.

Here the latest Komori technologies are showcased for the North American graphic arts community. The Center also functions as an extensive hands-on training facility for our customers. Unique in the industry, the Technical Product Center conducts research, development and testing of new printing processes and devices.

For example, the Technical Product Center was the birthplace of waterless offset printing technology, and has also been a testing ground for stochastic screening and coating technologies. New procedures for production efficiency and waste reduction are continually under development. Here the latest Komori tools for integrated digital process controlónetworked, closed loop prepress to press communicationóare field tested. This is also the industry's primary research and training center for color management software/hardware applications.

Partner manufacturers of peripheral devices, such as dryer/sheet handling systems, temperature control systems, sprayers, and production/scheduling optimization software, all come to Komori for our renowned R&D.
