The artwork for the 2026 Komori Calendar is titled “NEO HOKUSAI”. The creative unit ENLIGHTENMENT has reconstructed the masterpiece “Thirty-six Views of Mount Fuji” by the Edo-period ukiyo-e artist Katsushika Hokusai using a contemporary perspective and computer technology. This collection, where natural beauty harmonizes with modern geometric patterns, express the calendar’s theme: “FUSION ‘Nature & Technology’”. Printed entirely on Komori presses, it leverages RGB printing with the J-throne 29, a cutting-edge UV inkjet digital press, combined with the unique capabilities of multi-color offset presses, enhancing the artwork’s quality through print technology.
