Best Deal Print and Packaging orders a Canadian first, 14 unit Komori Lithrone GX40RP advance 10c Double Coater press.

Komcan Inc. and Komori Corporation, a leading provider of sheet-fed offset presses and package printing presses, are excited to announce that BEST DEAL PRINT AND PACKAGING of Toronto, Canada have ordered a new Komori GLXRP Advance 10c double coater, dedicated two-sided offset printing press. The press will be the largest in Canada at a total of 14 units, in addition it will be the first GLX RP machine installed in Canada.

The Komori Lithrone GX40RP advance is renowned as a high-speed, high-quality, single-pass, two-sided printing press. When coupled with the Lithrone GX advance series technology, it creates a printing platform that offers great stability and short make-ready time. To conform to a single touch production model, so needed in the printing industry of today, the press was configured with 14 units; 10 print units, 2 coaters and 2 drying units. The press will feature LED curing in combination with conventional drying for the two-sided aqueous coating application.
